PCexpress lies about PC specs to sell you junk

I purchased a R15000 Laptop on www.PCexpress.coza a branch of PC international. On inspecting the newly bought computer, I found that the specifications that the computer was supposed to have was not the same as the computer I got, but instead worse spesifications. I have contacted pcexpress about solving the problem and they apologized and said they would fix it. In the end they just disappeared and stopped communicating with me. And I still have not been compensated or been able to return the product that has wrongly been sold to me.
