Ignores all attempts at contacting them.

I have been trying for more than a week to get hold of this company and they just flat-out refuse to reply. I've sent message after message and they just ignore me flat. Why do you even bother having a website and email if you're just going to ignore any attempts at people contacting you? Might as well just close down your website then!

I am busy building a new gaming PC and wanted to place an order with PC Express but they just ignore all my inquiries. I just want a little information before placing the order, but no, why would they bother to respond to a customer? If this is the way they treat customers I shudder to think what kind of "service" they would give if you actually ordered from them.

There are literally hundreds of e-commerce websites out there, I think it best to stay away from PC Express and rather buy from someone that actually cares enough to respond!
