Clearly do not get what you paid for - Lies and dishonest

<p>On 7 Nov 2016 i Found a 4TB Western Digital Red NAS HDD on www.pcexpress.co.za for R1630. I phoned and confirmed stock and pricing with a sales representative. HE still said to me that Takealot has inflated prices compared to theirs. So i said great i am going to order 2 HDD. The next day i notice that the price of the HDD is quickly updated to R2770 but someone told me my order would be actioned that day via email. Someone then phones me and says that they unfortunately do not have stock of this HDD and if i wanted a refund. No offer to wait for stock or anything. They realised their mistake and tried to be ********* and dishonest to only give me back my money. I have reported this matter to the Advertising standards Authority and the Consumer goods and services ombud. There is another site www.pcint.co.za. I noticed they have the same phone number. So don't know how many sites these guys operate to be quite honest. Avoid this online business at all cost. Purchase from more well known suppliers. I now have to buy HDD local but still have not received refund yet. So the matter is not really seen as urgent and neither will they honour the sale.</p>
