STAY AWAY FROM MEGA SHOP SA

I’ve waited 11 working days for a delivery with only one item correct, the other item wrong & the 3rd one not with the package. Do not buy anything from this Shop there is no communication what so ever, WhatsApp, telephone line & email, no answer no reply. The worse service ever. What do I do with the wrong item,? Send it back and wait another 100 years...STAY AWAY FROM MEGA SHOP SA, Packaging, dont even want to talk about it, I'm glad my one item did get broken
