No Customer support/service

I placed my order on the 24 September, took a week for MAKK to confirm that they don't have stock after emailing them and trying to make contact. I am still awaiting my refund after a week when MAKK confirmed that a refund has been processed. To this day Payfast has not received any refund notification from MAKK. They have taken my order, taken my money, not delivered my order and still awaiting a refund. 3 weeks wasted and counting. The worst customer service I have experienced and absolutely no customer support.
