Best customer service delivery, highly recommended

I placed an order on 7 Sept 2022, and on 8 Sept 2022, I emailed them requesting cancellation. I immediately received a call explaining the process. They told me the refund would take up to 10 working days as the funds need to clear first before they can do a refund, which I said it's fine.

Later they sent an email requesting for banking details after they call Payfast and confirmed that the payment cleared and the refund was immediately made. What an awesome service.
