After completion of payment, tried to contact them to receive my invoice and order status. (NO CONTACT DETAILS)

Searched for contact details online and finally found their contact details at: https://foxlist.co.za/listing/lets-be-slim-cape-town/

Their reply, Sorry online website not active for year now. (Its Online - Can browse and purchase item.) Basically lost my money and they are getting away with ******** people for more than year now.
