Seminar not Continuing, No Refund, No Communication for Months

Two of our company representatives booked a Hybrid Remote Workplace Online Seminar with kr. This booking was made for and paid for October 2023. Shortly before the start of the seminar, we received an email to say: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, some speakers on the programme cannot speak. Replacing speakers at this point is hard. We refuse to deliver an event that will not give you ROI and quality for your time invested to learn hence we have resolved to cancel it."

However, we have since struggled to get a refund, and communication is absolutely pathetic - it is already end February 2024 and we are battling to get hold of individuals, get proper feedback and most of all, get our refund.

We will certainly not attempt their services again and neither will we recommend their services.
