www.iphry.com ***

I ordered a couch on www.iphry.com on 15/01/2018. Understanding that this is overseas company and it will take time i imagined it should take atleast 6 months to deliver. I now and again try to track my order via the site and i always get an error, 'temporarily unavailable'. I try to also reset my password but there is never a new password sent to me via email. I have also emailed their support line but i have never gotten any responses ten emails later. i really don't know what to do and i still have proof of payment on email.
