Very poor service.

<div>I used Immigration Assist twice. The first time they provided the certificate without a problem. The second time I paid R2950 for a marriage certificate. I filled out the relevant forms and weeks later I received a marriage certificate that had nothing to do with me. The male's name was correct and he had remarried and Immigration Assist gave me that certificate. I told Tanya that this was not what I asked for. I wanted my marriage certificate not someone elses and that I had been very clear on my form and on my emails. I had also said that if they could not supply the certificate they should not do it. When I asked Tanya to find the correct certificate or else refund me she said that Home Affairs does not use the information on the form, they give me what is in the archives and that was what was in the archives. I really wouldn't recommend Immigration Assist to anyone. They are very pecu**** and they think everyone should swallow their stupid stories.</div>
