Unabridged Marriage Certificate - well done !

We app**** 19 June 2019 and phoned Call Center on 5 August and received a case number and had to email additional documents including a BI-30 - we got married in 1990 and never received such a document - all we had was a BI-27. After numerous emails and phone calls they told me that they will have to go and find it in their Archive. After hearing horror stories about people waiting for years we decided to contact these guys (IA) - after a hefty payment, we were promised a turn-around time of 1-10 days - we collected our document 2 days later !
