Service from Immigration Assist

About a year ago, I submitted my application to Her Majesty's Passport Office in England for a British passport. All of my supporting documents were in order, but I was missing my South African Vault Birth Certificate, which is necessary before the British passport application can be considered, processed and granted. I app**** to the Home Affairs Office in Pretoria for the Vault Birth Certificate in May 2020. A Vault Birth Certificate arrived for me at the Randburg Home Affairs Office in July but, on receipt, I found that it was another person's Certificate. Home Affairs was notified of the error by the Randburg Branch immediately, and I was informed that my Certificate would probably be available within two months. I returned to the Randburg branch on numerous occasions after the two month period had elapsed, only to be informed that the Certificate had not been sent from Pretoria. During these months, I had to appeal repeatedly to Her Majesty's Passport Office to be patient with me, and not to cancel my application for the British Passport. In January this year, there was still no response from Home Affairs in Pretoria. It was then that I was alerted to the services of Immigration Assist. Having contacted this organisation and having informed them of my situation, I commissioned it to investigate the problem with the provision of my Vault Birth Certificate. Within a week, Immigration Assist had located it in Pretoria, procured a copy and organised its transfer to the Home Affairs Office in Randburg, from which I collected it recently.
