Rude and unprofessional

I'm happy that I got what I wanted from them, however, the matter in which Tanya Beifus conducted herself professionally was extremely dissapointing. My sister phoned her to assist me seeing as I wasnt in South Africa to call. She was extremely rude and unprofessional toward my sister saying that I need to "chill" and "relax" and "jump of my high horse" just because I wanted to get more information about the tracking of my document. I wont recommend anyone using them. Not because they can do it, but because one doesnt need to be treated in such a unprofessional manner.
