Poor Service and Delivery
I am very disappointed in Immigration Assist. Despite reading the reviews and researching them properly they have not assisted me at all. I submitted my application on the 22nd of March and had to constantly follow up as there was no feedback, only to be told on the 4th of July that they cannot help me. As per their terms they offered 50% refund which I can only receive after 26 July as owner is away! This is a breach of their terms as it states a refund in 10 days. They did nothing to assist me searching for the wrong document then not even trying to attain the correct information, just fobbing me off as if it were my fault. The service is terrible and 58 emails later I still have no refund nor certificate and I am blamed.

Please note that your anger expressed in your review is misdirected and this unfortunately is a case of shooting the messenger .Home Affairs archives lost your Marriage records and unfortunately without the marriage records they cannot process your Unabridged Marriage certificate. They place the onus on the applicant to locate a copy of the Civil Marriage register from the place of Marriage in order to resolve the missing records. Unfortunately, you were not able to locate these, which left them with no way of processing the UMC. Immigration Assist operate as an agency between the client and Home Affairs, we did not lose your records but only past on this bad news.
We have refunded you 50% of your fees. We would appreciate if you would acknowledge this publicly. Good luck to you with your future endeavours.
