PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST TANIA IS ABUSIVE

Tania at Immigration assist has to be one of the most abusive people I have come across. Period. let alone people I have received service from. Please avoid doing business with this company.

I’ll be open that I was not a great customer, in that yes I Came to to pick up my document 6 months after it was provided, yes I didn’t give them much notice, and all of a sudden I needed it, Which is the truth. I however really don’t believe the response I received was justified in anyway or form. Tania wanted to overcharge me R850, which I phoned to correct in a cordial manner (she couldn’t have cared less to check any email correspondence of a quote I received or what deposit was paid). She proceeded to tell me how bad of a customer I am, not just a snide comment, a good few sentences! I said I will give you a bad review, she then proceeded to say ‘consider your document lost’. Not at any point did I insult, raise my voice. Anyway I said you can’t do that, I threatened to report her to the police for with holding my document and for theft of monies paid, no service delivered.. eventually she caved in and left my document with her gardener because she could not face me, to embarrassed by her own behavior.
