It was a bit of a struggle getting all the necessary documents for a British passport during the pandemic. Dean has been such a massive help. He let me know which documents I needed; which forms to fill out; fast tracked them and let me kow when I could go and collect them. Each time I made payment for a documents, i got it within a week. My passport was meant to take 6-10 weeks and I got it in just less than 4 weeks! The passport office in the UK didnt want to accept my vault and required further documentation to prove my identity. Dean fought this case and they agreed with him therefore issuing my passport. I cannot fault Dean in any aspect of my process as he has really been a great help! Absolutely worth the money!
