Who stole Christmas from Iconix - The Grinch is much nicer

Had the most annoying experience trying to transact with ICONIX to purchase 2 items. From a very difficult telephone conversation (on 2 occasions) to a personal visit to the store which left me so perplexed that I ended up not purchasing anything. The lady I spoke to on the phone Astrid, is the same lady whom I met with at the store. Seemed like she is the owner, however could be an employee as well. She definitely needs to be relieved of her duties. Very unhelpful and offhandish. Did not make eye contact with me or help, and spent the entire time on her mobile texting away whilst I stood in front of her trying to engage her by asking questions which she had none of the answers to ???. My intention was to buy the items I went there for, BUT sorry ICONIX, my hard earned money is really not worth your “I don’t care/ we are too busy really bad attitude “ Close shop and take a break, you definitely need it ? your customers are key, and should be treated much better than the way you handled me.
