Selling defective Products

This is utterly ridiculous and shocking service. I bought a new born baby milestone blanket specially the animal printed blanket through bidorbuy and to my discovery the blanket is missing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd month print and the wreath to indicate the month is also missing. It seems the blanket packaging was opened before as its soiled. Firstly how do you deliver a product to a customer without checking it prior to delivery. This constitutes to false advertising and to top it all of i must pay my own courier service to return the product. This company is a ****.
