Q523 kids gps tracker-"POOR Quality & Bad after sales service" Purchased this watch in October when it stopped working less than 2weeks ago I call iconix the people insists its water damage before they even come to collect the watch. I manage to get them to come and have a look and boom they come back saying its water damage. I find it hard to believe that it is. They tell me theres nothing they can do I must collect the watch. if they are the manufature shouldn't they have batteries and sensors in stock for replacements.
