Poor Service Delivery

I recently purchased an item online from iconix. However, after calling iconix ans speaking to Astrid and indicating that I was leaving in a few days and would only order the item if it arrives in time before I travel. She indicated that if I ordered the item immediately, she would process as part of the orders of that particular day, therefore I would receive the item before my travelling commences. At the end of the day, she denied all of the above and made me a **** by indicating that I had never indicated by when I would need the item delivered. She then also became very abrupt when I decided to stop send whatsapp messages to follow-up, and instead I decided to phone Iconix, where I noticed that she was rather dismissive. I ended up fetching the item from Courier It at the CPT International Airport, Industrial area myself, which resulted in my trip being delayed by 4 hours. I will not make use of the services at Iconix ever again.
