Disappointing. Really hoped for better

I was emailed a few days after my order was placed and paid for, stating that a specific item was out of stock and I was given options to replace the item with something similar, I accepted. There after my package was delivered to the wrong address causing me to have to personally deal with the delivery company to get my now opened and sellotaped closed package back. Upon further inspecting one of the other items were different than the one I ordered as well as the replaced item missing pieces. Apart from the friendly customer service I did not enjoy my shopping experience and will not do it again or recommend to anyone I care for.
