Poor service hotdealssa

I have made a purchase on hotdealssa website on 18/08/21 and still have not received any feedback on my order a week later. I have sent emails through but with no response. This is really terrible service and would not recommend anyone to purchase from this website as it is possibly a ****. Very frustrated!!
