Beware money taken and no product

Very disappointed to have to write this review of what was once one of my favourite online stores.

I purchased goods early December 2022, almost 7 weeks ago which the company could not deliver. To this day they have not refunded me or given me any valid explanation of what is going on. It was not a trivial amount of money and I’ve requested a proper response and refund multiple times to no avail.

I would appreciate if they would have the courtesy to deal with this matter professionally given that I am a long time loyal customer and recommended the company to so many others who regularly purchased their food.
