Poor services: GCC Technical Dolutions, Roodepoort
Gcc Technical solutions in Roodepoort, West Rand services is poor. Took my HP Elitebook laptop in for repairs and for 5 days I had to call in daily to find out the status of the laptop repairs. The receptionist was not helpful and no feedback during this time was received, the sane message when I call is that the Technical dept will ptovude feedback. Wont make use of this company again and will definitely not recommend them.
