Leaks, wrong piping and just bad customer service

Paid cash for the diesel bowser: Upon collection, pipes were wrongly connected. Worse was to come, when I filled up the bowser, it had 2 serious leaks on the weld. This clearly indicated that these bowesers were not pressure tested. This was my 2nd bowser, the 1st bowser was supposed to be 2500L capacity, instead it was 2400L, again signaling that this company doesn't test their bowsers.
