Will not use them ever again.

I bought an Adobe Photoshop online course from Friends of Design. I was told prior to buying the course that I would be able to get help if I got stuck on anything, but this is not true, because they wont even reply back to your emails, even if you tell them the questions in the course in some modules, have nothing to do with the course material.

I sent emails to the Lars - who is the person you must contact if you need anything. I was having a problem with one of the modules because my version of photoshop didnt have the same tools as they had in the course examples for that module. After not getting a reply I contacted friendsofdesign directly that I was not happy that I am receiving no support - who forwarded my concerns to Lars - who forwarded my original question because I believe he didnt know the answer himself, so he forwarded it to another staff member (Jessica) who sarcastically asked if i had recieved the support i needed, even though she knows no one had rep**** back to me.

I was not impressed at all with them, and wish i had rather gone with another business that actually cared about their customers.

As soon as you have sent your money through, they don't care after that.

The course itself was good, and if it wasn't for the lack of communication and staff members, some fixes to the course (some of the questions that have nothing to do with the module) I would have given them a good review.
