I am very upset I paid this guy Richard who is meant to have hot air balloon service plus 1 nights stay, I paid upfront for my trip and to date I have not received confirmation of booking. I paid this guy Richard R3000. 000 I send messages and don't get a response. Please can someone out there help get my money back and lock this ***** up taking people's money, he now blocked me on what's app and will not return my calls.
