Dreamy taking my airtime

These people keep taking my airtime even when I unsubscribe they come and take R10 every week and to date they have taken R20. I called their office( ********** 472) and requested a refund of my airtime and they gave me an email ********** but they still have not refunded me and instead they continue taking my airtime. Please help
