Doc Martens ****

I ordered shoes for my son. Money was taken off my account. The amount taken off was more than what was advertised. Apparently due to exchange rate. I made the purchase on the 4th June 2024. I received a confirmation email together with a tracking link. On the 11th July 2024 I received an email informing me that the delivery was successful on the 7th July. I did not receive my purchase. There are no contact details on the online site except an online email. I have sent 13 emails but had not received any response.
