Worst service ever - unhelpful or possible ********** behavior

One of my work colleagues resend app**** for a home loan which was unsuccessful so we decided to test a couple of loan providers, I can personally warn anyone to even try there service as it is non existing. I app**** on the Monday and immediately received a response to pay R399 into a specific account. On Tuesday morning proof of payment was send with all relevant information. I struggled from there to get hold of any person for that matter and when I managed to get thru it was constantly a empty promise decision full of excuses. so Friday I decided to phone again and same thing happened but this time I asked to be send thru to a manager, unfortunately final disappointment sank in when I realized they were putting me thru from one work colleague to another no manager or structure. STAY AWAY PLEASE DO NOT EVEN TRY WASTING YOUR TIME!!!!! this was a useless effort.
