Non delivery and communication.

I bought projector with deals4sa it's been 4 weeks now without delivery and yet their communication system is very poor..They do not respond to messages on that whatsapp and emails too are not rep****..I am tired of doing follow ups I just need my money back..Deals4sa is a **** I think..how can you treat people this way..
