BAD! Bookkeeping practice that could potentially cause my company problems with sars

<p>I registred my company and for Bookkeeping and accounting with www.corp.co.za and their sister company www.fixedaccounting.co.za in 2014....been using them till 2017.</p> <p>The firm charged me a monthly fee for the bookkeeping.....i received my profit and loss report for the first few months via email.....after a while they stopped doing so.</p> <p>Trusting that this firm would look after there customers i believe i was just a number in there books.</p> <p>9 Jan 2014 i received an email stating i needed to pay R795 to register for PAYE....NO PAYE submission was every required or done.</p> <p>I was informed by a TONY and JESSICA that i needed to pay for AFS and TAX returns - i made a payment of R1970 for this end of FEB 2015......sent them all required documentaion and bank statments for this and the 2017 i see this was NOT done! </p> <p>I get the excuse that there were outstanding bank statments? .....my question to them was how did they do my bookkeeping those months if there were outstanding banki statments?</p> <p>My 2 ********** AFS and taz returns is now only in the process of doing in April 2017! </p> <p>The rest of the years ....they were quiet....they never needed to do anymore AFS or tax resturns for me? i am just a number....</p> <p>Is this they type of accounting and bookkeeping firm that is reliable? i really dont think so!</p> <p> </p> <p>March 2017 i decided i wanted to register the company for VAT....i am sent a link to order the VAT online.</p> <p>payment of around R1350 paid to them through there website.....</p> <p>I then get an email from them asking me for multiply documents that i did not have (LOST) </p> <p>a few days later i decide to cancel the VAT registration ....1. i am missing a few documents and 2. another accounting firm advised me well in not doing the registration.</p> <p>i ask the firm to cancel and either credit my account with thema or refund me the money as now they will not be doing the registration.....the answer i get is I FORFEIGHT the money if i dont do the registration.</p> <p>Nowhere on the site did you stipulate that i would be required to produce any further documents..</p> <p>WOW!!!!! This is how you treat a long time customer? is this the law? can they really do that? i honetly dont think so.....Tony and whoever works at www.corp.co.za and www.fixedaccounting.com i will be taking this case further!</p> <p>To top things off i am told that if i proceed with this, they will sue me! </p> <p> </p> <p>Fantastic customer service! </p> <p> </p> <p>you are *****ling from me.....who else are you *****ling from? </p> <p> </p> <p>I will also report you to various other media platforms so please do sue me.</p> <p> </p> <p>BAD SERVICE!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
