This accredited MultiChoice installer, so the claim, marks up their cables by 450%.

They do not complete jobs and refuses to refund for the work not done.

Furthermore they installed components that are used, claiming they are new.

They owe me a refund and plainly refuses to engage on the matter.

They removed my current dish and took it with them without my consent, this is obviously what they use and a next job. They will be reported for theft in this regard.

I emailed MulitChoice about the matter and am waiting for their feedback. Apparently MultiChoice only warns an installer not to repeat the offence. While we have been paying MultiChoice subscriptions for 25 years.

Do not use www.capedstv.co.za. They will leave you poorer, with second-hand equipment and if you are lucky with some semblance of a signal.
