I BOUGHT A TV BUT NEVER DELIVERED

I paid for the 55 inch TV on line as it was advertised on the www.buyaii.com website on the 13 January 2018. The payment was confirmed and I started tracking the shipment of my TV.

It started from USA until they said it arrives in South Africa. I kept tracking and at first they said the item as misrouted and I sent them an email under " contact us" in their website but they did not come back to me

When I tracked it again I saw that they atevsaying that it was delivered to my door who's is not true.

I tried again to contact them but they did not respond again.

Can you please help me find out where did they deliver my TV as it was never delivered to my address. Or they must refund me.
