i bought a hot blanket (R1300) for a king size bed on their online store. they first said they will deliver the following week as they never had stock. i have never received the product and i have never heard from them again. i have tried emailing them, phoning them but there is no response. i believe they have ****med me. there website however is still up and they are still taking orders. totally disgusting
