I placed my order for the Nano HydraBrush with www.buballoon.com on the 29th June 2026. After waiting weeks for my delivery which was promised on the 03rd July, I finally received notification that my package was at the post office. I collected the package on the 18th August 2026 only 2 find 2 flimsy plastic hair brushes not even worth R5.00 each. I paid R499.00 for the Nano HydraBrush! I was told by Emma in support (Only contact person) that she would ship the actual product and request a refund. Only now Emma is ignoring all my emails. *** is the only email address available. No contact numbers on the website. I have now completed the EU withdrawal form on their website. Doubt I will ever get my money back. This company is a complete *****! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
