I bought 200 Tiffany chairs from Big Smile Trading in Johannesburg. They gave me a two years warranty for the chairs. After about 13 months or so, some of the chairs had scratches. When I sent them back to their company for replacement, they told me that the company can only replace the chairs if they were broken. I had to pay them extra R15.00 to spray each chair and it took six days to get the chairs sent back to my address in Cape Town. their website is www.bigsmiletrading.com. I think the warranty should state that it doesn't cover scratches. Not all the time a person is ready to pay extra for chairs to be sprayed.
