POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I purchased a NANOWAVE Mask from www.bever.co.za on the 19/6/2020. I placed the order for 2 MASKS. The order was finally delivered today and ONLY 1 MASK was delivered. This company does not keep you informed at all on the progress of the order nor do they call you back when leaving a message. The call centre is forever busy and there never a call centre agent available to take your call. The 1 MASK received today is so flimpsy and it is definitely not a NANOWAVE mask. I have constantly send emails to them and still NO RESPONSE!!!!! I requested for REFUND and still I did not get a response. It is DISGUSTING that I paid for 2 masks and ONLY 1 was delivered. DISGUSTING and POOR SERVICE!!! They stole my money!!!!!
