**** floppy so called nanomasks!!!!!

I ordered 4 nano masks from this company, received items and it's those cheap floppy imitations where it seems they just added nonotech as their so called branding. I cannot get through to the call centre or customer service. The ceo of this apparent so called company responded to my email. *** and cc'd his apparent head customer service agent that does not even state his name. I requested a refund a day after receiving it and they sent me email rather on how wonderful their product is etc. But it's nothing compared to what they advertise. Emails back and forth. They called from a private number, and left a 'so called voice message' where I cannot even make out his cell number he left. They do not want to return their floppy product. How sad. Please do NOT do business with these people, it's a waste of your money. I'm so disgusted.....
