Outstanding funds

We checked in at Hanky Dory on 29 Dec checked out 3 Jan 2018 and the money that was due to us was sent short(after the 7 day period when we had contacted her to ask about it) due to that Grace felt she has the right to charge us R540 because we ended up checking out less than an hour late than the time we were supposed to. This late check-out was due to the disturbance we got from the cleaners who came in at 8:30 am when we were still bathing and getting ready. Our privacy in the house was invaded, they started going into our rooms before we could even finish dressing up etc which led to the delay and us leaving before 11. The experience has been highly horrific if you would ask any of us, everything was dirty including the beds we slept in which had no bed covers and the sheets seem smaller than the beds. Couches and curtains were super dirty and there was an unpleasant smell in the bedrooms. We had paid R4800 per night and the place was worth way less than that when we got there. It looks pretty on the pictures but once you get there it looks like your typical abandoned Grandma's house. Grace is unbothered about the matter even after we have let her know that this issue will be dealt with accordingly as she has refused to pay us all our money back even after we had made sure that we replace everything that was falling apart in that home.
