Ballito Accommodation gave me a full refund for a week’s accommodation booked when lockdown level 5 was instituted. I am so grateful to Ballito Accommodation for giving me a full refund and I will definitely be booking with them again as soon as it is safe to travel and holiday by the beach again... Others that I know have had terrible experiences with their bookings at other companies and the manner in which my refund was handled was both professional and courteous.
