ANNAKOO ****s you and *****S your money

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this website, EVER!!! IF I could I would not give them ONE STAR. They are ******* and ***** your money by pretending to sell you a dress of your dreams tailored to perfection. They have false reviews of customers who have been happy with their custom made dresses. I was caught hook line and sinker and lost $185. I ordered what appeared (on the website) to be the most gorgeous prom / matric dance dress for our daughter and paid via a safe credit online payment via a PAYPAL portal. After payment I received a confirmation of payment from PayPal deducting R2876 off my account.. I became suspicious that I had been ****med when I got not one notification from Anna Koo of my paid order. I sent them so many messages asking for some communication and acknowledgement for my order and nothing. I have probably messaged them 3-4 times a day since my order 2 weeks ago and I am just ignored. Yesterday I tried to log on and now been blocked so I cannot see my paid order or message them. I have registered from another computer with a different IP address and I am accepted as a new buyer and can place orders. They have ****** my money. This company promises delivery of the dresses they advertise on their site, but they knowingly and willingly de***** you by *****ing your money. They do not have a phone number, only an email and they do not respond to the emails. PLEASE DO NOT give these ******** your hard earned money!!!
