This business has been taking R159.00 from my bank account now and don't even know what it is for and don't know how they got my details I've tried to send emails and no reply. Can anyone help me please on how to stop them? I never signed up with them in the first place

08 Dec 2022, 21:16I tried talking with customer care at Netflix and they don't want to look into the problem as this happened when subscribing through their site. All they said is that we don't have any other partner websites therefore we need to contact your bank with regards to the problem. They don't even what to hear that this is a **** happening and even look into it. I'm disappointed in Netflix.
