Good day Sir/ Ma'am My name is Phumelele Gina, former employee of WWF. I write this letter with deep disappointment of my experience of how WWF as an organisation that advocates for wildlife, the environment and people be one to mistreat people in such a manner. I was employed at WWF from October 2024 to the 10 of June 2025 and was terminated due to poor performance. I had no issue with the termination as it was right, I hadn't been performing but, my issue was with the inconsistency in the poor performance management process and unequal and inconsistent opportunities given to the team. After the termination I filed case with CCMA for inconstancy in the poor performance process. On the 19th of November 2025 a ruling in my favour. On the 25th of November 2025, WWF app**** for a rescission, which was denied and the ruling for that came out on the 20th of December. Since then, the organisation has made this very different as I've now had to resort to having the Sheriff of the court demand the award. This has been a very difficult experience for me considering the fact that I am unemployed and have had to be going from pillar to post trying to have this settled. This case has been emotionally and financially draining as I am a mother of four that's currently unemployed and whatever money I have is for the needs of my children. This whole experience has had me question the organisations very integrity in this case because this is clearly a case of bullying because why else is this dragging like this. Please be assured that this is by no means my last resort. I am ready and willing to publish my experience in the public domain which may cause reputation damage for your organization. I am therefore appealing to your Organisation to do what is right, just and fair and to comply with the law. Your South African office has blatantly disregarded the very laws that govern the employment relationships. I am now seeking help from one of the biggest labour organization in South Africa to further assist me in obtaining the payment that I have been awarded by the CCMA, as my efforts of trying to avoid a public embarrassment for your Organisation continues to fall on deaf ears. I therefore request your urgent intervention and remedial action in this matter. I have comp**** with all your requirements and duly accepted the unfair dismissal process that you have put me through, all I am asking for now is for you to pay what is due to me without further delays. Im my email to follow, I will also submit a copy to all social media platforms and Hellopeter.com.
