Their statement reads "quality craftmanship" and "built to last" - this refers to the nature of the *****ulent business they are running and certainly not the work they produce. Lack of communication, sorry excuses and finally a product that is not useable or even safe for use - never mind built to last. When I took them on about the unacceptable quality of the work and customer service - they simply ignored my calls and messages. Stay far away from this ****!! Currently taking this matter to legal aid as a matter of principle.
