James Xu **** Merchant - Wuxi Ruifeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd

I purchaed 7 Wind Turbines from Wuxi Ruifeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd in March 2021, James Xu at the time told me all items were in stock and that I could expect a delivery from him in 3-4 days if I paid by Bank Transfer. I paid over the money in March 2021 and sure enough 3 days later 1 x 100w wind turbine showed up. I emailed James Xu and he responded with the fact that all other items would be sent to me by Sea Shipping even though we had agreed on Express DHL delivery which I had also paid $500 on top of the cost of the 7 Wind Turbines. To cut a very long story short today is July 8th and I am still waiting on my other 6 wind turbines which I think will never arrive. James Xu and Wuxi Ruifeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd are **** merchants and should not be allowed operate but China does not seam to mind when China based **** merchants default European based businesses. So to all my fellow Europeans DO NOT deal with James Xu from Wuxi Ruifeng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
