TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE

I would just like to express my great disappointment in such a reputable company like Wurth. I bought some car cleaning products from them which was a huge disappointment and did not meet the Wurth standards that I am use to. I contacted the customer support dept 3 times via email and was assured that someone from the Dept would be in contact with me.TILL TODAY NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!!!! I requested to return the products for credit which took more than a month to be collected and after continues phone calls eventually got the credit passed. The sad thing is that in times like these you would think people would go out of their way to retain a customer,but in with Wurth it seems not to be the case. I have 2 branches that buy products from Wurth, but in the future I will be looking for alternative suppliers for the products we buy. GREATLY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
