Prices are high... product not always the best

Thank you for your feedback. We do understand that we are not placed at the low end of the price range with all of our products. We however strive to provide the highest quality of product always.
Lately, we have introduced a second range called RedStripe to provide a more cost effective solution for those who are not seeking to purchase the highest quality that does come at a price. We do believe, this is still a good quality range of course.
If you would like to point out a specific product you have been struggling with, we are more than willing to look into this?
