Bad response to registration application.

I have been aware of Wurth products for some time. I had a need for a product that Wurth distributes so I went to their web-site to get further information. The site requested how payment would be made with two options, by open account or by credit card. I then had to complete an application for approval. I received the following automated response: "Awaiting Approval Hi,

You've recently registered on Wurth, you will be notified on this email address if your application is approved."

After a week I have had no further response.
