5* service from Subash

A heartfelt and most sincere note of thanks is due to Subash at the Pinetown (Durban) branch of Wurth. I needed an item that he was not fami**** with (A/C leak sealant) and which he did not stock at his branch. Instead of the usual apology for being asked about an unfami**** item, Subash researched, located and sourced the item on my behalf. On collection, he took time to show me around the store with pride and obvious insight into the dazzling range of merchandise at his disposal. It was my first visit to Wurth but i'm a hooked customer now!
